Napkins Etc. The Imprinting Co. (“Napkins Etc.”), is pleased to present this INTERNET site featuring a variety of products manufactured by various entities and imprinted by Napkins Etc.

Napkins Etc. makes no further representation, express or implied, regarding any product featured in this INTERNET site. Napkins Etc. disclaim any implied warranties or fitness of any product for any particular purpose.

Since computers and monitors vary by style, size and manufacturer, Napkins Etc. makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the colors represented on this INTERNET site.

Ordering

The accurate specification of content, color, and style selection, including spelling, of the imprinting is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. All orders will be imprinted exactly as specified by the Purchaser.

Napkins Etc. may, at its sole discretion and expense, elect to send a proof for the purpose of verification or confirmation, to the Purchaser prior to processing the order. Such communication may be in electronic form. However, if Napkins Etc. does not elect to send a proof the Purchaser remains responsible for the specification of the order.

Payment

Payment is required, in full including shipping, prior to an order being processed. Napkins Etc. will happily accept payment using any of the following methods under the conditions described as follows:

Credit Card or Direct Payment using PayPal.
Money Order
Personal Check. Napkins Etc. reserves the right to hold all personal checks until funds clear

Shipping

Napkins Etc. will ship orders using, at its sole discretion, UPS or United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Napkins Etc. may, at any time, select different carriers or shipping providers.

Returns

Unfortunately, because many of our products are personalized, Napkins Etc. is unable to offer refunds for products except under the following limited conditions:

Imprinting Error - If a product is imprinted incorrectly by Napkins Etc. as a result of its own error, the Purchaser shall be entitled to either a full refund of product, imprinting and shipping paid to Napkins Etc. or replacement with the same product and quantity (if available) imprinted correctly and shipped to the customer at no additional cost.
Unopened items that have not been personalized may be returned, at the Purchaser’s expense, for a refund less shipping and handling charges paid by the Purchaser at the time of purchase and a 10% restocking fee.

Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:

All claims must be made within 45 days of the date the product was shipped by Napkins Etc. to the Purchaser.
Napkins Etc. recommends the Purchaser contact Napkins Etc. via E-mail prior to returning the product.
The product must be returned to Napkins Etc. along with a copy of the order confirmation shipped with the product.

Indemnity and Release

Napkins Etc. shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities or damages, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages for lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption and the like arising from the use of or related to any product purchased from this INTERNET site or from Napkins Etc. directly.

Napkins Etc. makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of this INTERNET site. Napkins Etc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages for lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption, lost information or data, computer interruption and the like arising from the use of or inability to use this INTERNET site.

The descriptions, suggestions, recommendations and other statements provided by Napkins Etc. are for informational purposes only and it makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding any product or product description. Napkins Etc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance upon the descriptions, suggestions, recommendations or other statements contained on this site.

Copyright, Trademark and Intellectual Property

It is a violation of Federal and international law to use this INTERNET site in any manner other than as presented herein. It is illegal to copy, photograph, transcribe, reproduce or otherwise record, electronically or otherwise, this INTERNET site, or any part thereof, without the prior written consent of Napkins Etc. This INTERNET site contains copyrighted software and other proprietary material which may not be decompiled, reverse engineered, disassembled or otherwise reproduced, in whole or in part.

Napkins Etc. reserves the right to use images or representations of imprinted items processed as part of customer orders to market, promote or otherwise represent its products, services and capabilities. Napkins Etc. will not, in any case, use images which disclose personal information other than a name or a date.
